Key Responsibilites
This is a full-time role for a Residential Property Conveyancer located to work from our London office. As a Residential Property Conveyancer at Lansdowne Law, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
Qualifications
- A licenced conveyancer with a valid CLC/CILEx qualification.
- Experience in handling residential property transactions.
- Knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
