Paul Cain

Paul is a partner who specialises in Real Estate and Real Estate Finance. He has been a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500 for a number of years and was previously a partner at a national firm where he was also head of the bridging and real estate finance team.

Paul has significant experience in acting for a number of lenders and borrowers in short term, volume and development finance and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Paul works on a variety of property transactions and recognises the need to be commercial and provide advice specific to a particular transaction.

Experience

  • Acting on the sale of a portfolio of HMO properties across the UK for £50 million
  • Acting on a development exit facility of 92 flats for £16 million in Leeds
  • Acting on the refinance of an office building in London’s Canary Wharf for £20 million consisting of a large number of occupational leases.
