Saqibah Janab

Saqibah is a trainee solicitor at Lansdowne Law with over eight years of paralegal experience at Magic Circle and US law firms, and most recently at a wealth management firm. Her experiences span across capital markets, data protection, private equity, asset management, and real estate finance.

Saqibah has worked closely with leading private equity houses, gaining valuable experience in fund structuring, investor documentation, and transactional execution.

Saqibah’s international experience includes supporting real estate transactions across the UK, France and Germany.

Saqibah enjoys helping clients achieve their desired outcomes and takes particular satisfaction in seeing a deal through from inception to completion.

She holds a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from the University of Law and is now building on her diverse legal background as part of her training contract with Lansdowne Law.

Experience

Notably, Saqibah played a key role in:

• Raising finance of €11.25 million for the acquisition of residential buildings in Paris for mixed-use development;
• Arranged investor documentation for the £60 million acquisition of the former GSK site; and
• Supported the equity raise of up to £43.8 million for land acquisition at International Quarter North in Stratford.
