Sunny Salam

Sunny is an Associate Solicitor in the Residential Property team, advising clients on a wide range of residential property transactions. She began her career specialising in Residential New Homes team at a Legal 500 firm. Sunny also gained experience at national law firm, acting on behalf of housing associations and local authorities within the firm’s Housing Litigation team. This provided valuable insight into property-related disputes and the importance of identifying and resolving issues at an early stage.

Sunny understands that buying or selling a home can be both exciting and challenging, and takes a calm, approachable and solution-focused approach to every matter. She is committed to providing clear, practical advice, keeping clients informed throughout the transaction and working proactively to ensure clients feel supported and confident at every stage of the process.
Sunny has experience acting on a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build purchases, first-time buyer purchases, auction purchases, Right to Buy transactions, company purchases and buy-to-let transactions. She is dedicated to delivering a high standard of client service, taking the time to understand each client’s individual needs and providing practical advice tailored to their circumstances.

Outside of work, Sunny has a passion for endurance sport and enjoys taking part in marathons, Hyrox events, and triathlons. She also enjoys hiking in the mountains of North Wales, is a member of the National Federation of Women’s Institute and volunteers at a local food bank in her spare time.
